Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Abstract

ERP system and SCM are considered to be the business performance enhancer regardless the business type. This paper summarizes studies on ERP systems and SCM in cooperative business. The cooperative is a unique model of business, where the owners are also customers, suppliers, as well as operators. There is a little study concerns on ERP, SCM, even operations perspective of cooperative business. If any, the study focuses on technical aspects of technology, a little part of ERP, like the use of application of accouting, the use of marketplace, etc. This paper also proposes a framework of ERP and SCM model for cooperative. The discussion refers to the performance standards of the cooperative set by the Government and combined with ERP systems and business process in general. This model is expected to be a considerable framework to enhance cooperative performance as well as a tool of control of cooperative business. Due to the vary of cooperative type of business, it is suggested that further study observes the actual business process in a cooperative so that ERP system and SCM model can be developed properly.

Abstract

Development of information technology is developing very faster now influencing the community in supporting various business activities both large and small to be known globally. The most obvious impact is not only being known but also increasing the volume of sales and profits. Digital Marketing is one of the very large marketing media that has an influence. By using digital marketing in this case is social media, sculpture carvings from Cipacing Bandung market the results of home industry in the form of handicrafts from a piece of unused wood carved into a unique sculpture. Initially this activity was only as a free time, but at this time it became the main activity as an increase in economic turnover in the household. Formerly the sales activities of these industrial products were conventional and traditional, they make products only on order. But after getting to know about the existence of some social cipacing residents, they have started to receive a lot of orders, so the sales volume is increasing faster compared to when selling with the old way. Digital marketing is seen as the best media as the most effective and efficient promotional tool and able to increase sales volume significantly.

Abstract

This research was carried out on employees of the Regional Office of the Rural Bank of Majalengka. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of professional commitment and Self-efficacy on role conflict in employees of the Regional Public Housing Agency of the Central Majalengka both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a survey method with a descriptive and verification analysis approach. The populations in this study were all employees of the Majalengka BPR Regional Regulation Office as many as 47 respondents.The results of the study show that professional commitment, self-efficacy on employees of the BPR Perumda Majalengka Center are in a very high category. While role conflict is in a very good category. Partially profession commitment does not significantly influence role conflict and self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on role conflict. Simultaneously professional commitment and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on role conflict.

Abstract

Research on Corporate Competitive Strategies in Increasing Number of Guest Visits In The Hospitality Business (Case Study At Four Star XYZ Hotel in Tangerang City,) highlights how the company achieves competitiveness and improves its performance. In running its business Hotel XYZ faced problems, namely decreasing the number of guest visits and weak competitiveness of the company. This research used qualitative method by using descriptive approach. For data collection method used is by giving questionnaires to hotel customers and interviews to informants who then analyze the data based on the IFE and EFE matrix. Based on the research results found that the current level of company indicates that XYZ Hotel is still in the average level, so XYZ hotel should make a good strategy for the future the company can achieve the vision and mission of the company. Based on the analysis of IFE and EFE Hotel XYZ is in quadrant five so that strategy can be done by Hotel XYZ to improve the competitiveness of company by doing competition through differentiation.

Abstract

The food service industry has received many challenges in the current era of disruption of the industrial revolution 4.0. Given the urgency of increasing the Motivation and Organizational Commitment in one of the restaurants in Jatinangor, the title of this study is "Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in Waroeng Spesial Sambal, Jatinangor". This research belongs to the category of associative causal research using a quantitative approach. The results showed: 1. Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Employee Satisfaction variable; 2. Organizational Commitment partially has no effect and isn’t significant on the Employee Satisfaction variable; 3. Motivation and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

The hospital industry is need time solely the provision of services, but the hospital industry has become the realm of commercial. The high demand for hospital services and the new regulation on the establishment of hospital raise the attractiveness’s hospital. This research to verify the influence of market attractiveness, value creation with uniqueness of resources on competitive advantage of private general hospitals in the West Java, both partially and simultaneously and its impact on hoshospital performance. The findings reveal that the market attractiveness, value creation with uniqueness of resources affect the competitive advantage simultaneously. Meanwhile, partially, among these three variables, the value creation does not affect the competitive advantage. Additionally, through a competitive advantage, the market attractiveness, the value creation, also the uniqueness of the resources affect the performance. We suggest that the private general hospitals in West Java optimize value creation, create uniqueness of resources, enhance competitive advantage also gain better performance. We recommend further research for involving other variables, such as leadership style or organization behavior, in order to strengthen the influence of market attractiveness, uniqueness of resources on competitive advantage also performance of the private general hospitals in West Java.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Influence of Market Segmentation on Sales Micro Small Enterprises fashion Product Level Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung, background of this research is based on the Enterprises’s have not been maximal in selling their product even though there are big market opportunities in Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung. This study using a quantitative approach with the type of descriptive research. The analitycal methodology used simple linear regression, the analitycal test used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test. The tool used for testing this research is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) V. 20. The results,researchers suggest that products marketed to reach all market segments can be done by adjusting prices, product innovation and maximizing instant purchases by consumers so as to increaset sales Fashion product of Micro Small Enterprises’s Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung.
